Wilcock Discusses Spiral
David Wilcock talks to Project Camelot's Kerry Cassidy about the Norway Spiral of December 9th 2009. The discussion covers topics such as UFO Disclosure, DNA Upgrade, and 2012. David believes the Blue Spiral UFO over Norway is from a nearby HAARP facility, and is part of the slow process of conditioning the masses about UFOs and Extraterrestrials.

HAARP created a bullseye pattern
HAARP can create aurora like curtains of light, but also apparently has created a bullseye pattern last year.
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/news/science/Scientists-create-artificial-ionosphere-using-radio-waves-/articleshow/5086874.cms
'But in February last year, HAARP managed to induce a strange bull's-eye pattern in the night sky.
Instead of the expected fuzzy, doughnut-shaped blob, surprising irregular luminescent bands radiated out from the centre of the bull's-eye, according to Todd Pedersen, a research physicist at the US Air Force Research Laboratory in Massachusetts, who leads the team that ran the experiment at HAARP.
The team modelled how the energy sent skywards from the HAARP antenna array would trigger these odd shapes. They determined that the areas of the bull's-eye with strange light patterns were in regions of denser, partially ionized gas in the atmosphere, as measured by ground-based high-frequency radar used to track the ionosphere.
The scientists believe that these dense patches of plasma could be gas that was ionized by the HAARP emissions.'
Interesting... That
Interesting...
That article was written back in October too. It sounds a lot like what we saw over Norway if you ask me. Considering the high strangeness of the spectacle, and the fact that there's a simialr facility (EISCAT) in a town neighboring Tromso, I'm leaning toward this expalination personally.
I'm not sure I buy the theory that attributes the continuity and integrity of the spiral to the 'misslie' being above Earth's atmosphere. If it were at an altitude of that extreme, it should have been spotted by all of Scandinavia, possibly beyond. Would it not? So far I've not seen nor heard of any sightings outside Trosmo.
experiment scheduled at EISCAT
Aparently there was an experiment scheduled at EISCAT on that day called 'TEQUILA Sunrise' Transient Effects Quantification Under Ionospheric Low Angle sunrise). 'The idea is to look at the polar wintertime mesophere through the transient caused by (scattered) sunrise..'

Great!
Evidence?
Conspiracy theories aside, is there any evidence that the Norwegian blue spiral in the sky was not a failed Russian missile test, as has been reported in numerous media sources?
I'd like to be open-minded about this, but not so open-minded my brains fall into another dimension and can't find their way back.

Duh!
Besides common sense you mean?
http://www.redicecreations.com/
Well..
Amen.
It just doesn't make sense, to me, that a super power like Russia is testing out missiles over another country people's heads just like that without any further explanations.
Is this common procedure?
I don't get it. Russia sends missile over your homes and that's perfectly OK. Nothing to see, move on. The media doesn't worry about it, heck the Norway people don't seem to worry about it either.
I don't know anything about air defense and so on, but isn't your country supposed to cover intrusions? Didn't Russia in the past shoot planes and even tourist airbus etc. just because they were unannounced or flying over the wrong zone? But sending a missile meant to carry nuclear heads over Norway is ok.
It's so silly I can't help to think I'm really stupid and I must be missing something. Am I ? I hope so...
Or is this some kind of act of arrogance. Like "we don't give a F!#? cause Norway hasn't half the power we have?
What would the US say if Russia runs a little missile test over Texas? Ooops, sorry guys, failed missile test.!?
According to this article,
According to this article, the supposed missile was fired northward from the white sea in russia. The Southern California Weather Authority, made a video showing that using trigonometry based on this data the photos fit with the missile scenario.
http://www.examiner.com/x-33051-LA-Weather-Examiner~y2009m12d14-Trigonometry-solves-Norway-Spiral-event-White-Sea-pinpointed
Evident
The very fact that numerous media sources are running with the story that it was a failed Russian missile test makes the story suspect, given that true investigative journalism is all but dead, and most media outlets simply report the press releases they've received (as they've been instructed to do by their corporate masters).
But more important is the video evidence. Where in the protracted footage of a blue beam triggering a vivid spiraling vortex that then opens some black portal is there anything that looks like a missile gone awry?
Classic information dismissal and story containment framing by the military/industrial/media complex. Those aren't alien craft being seen by thousands of credible witnesses, they're swamp gas. Those aren't explosive charges going off in the twin towers as they collapse at free-fall speed, that's a natural pancaking effect. Area 51? No such place. Nothing to see here folks, now get back to work.
What gets me is the arrogance of it all. The mindset that they've got the right to build a facility like EISCAT or HAARP (with our collective blood, sweat and tears I might add) and fire their Blue Beam energy weapon at the Earth's ionosphere and create who knows what kind of effect--for all of us, every citizen, every creature of the web of life on this planet. With the stated goals of protecting and improving their communications systems. Of course they have the right to endanger us all in ways we can't even imagine because we haven't been given any relevant information to further their elitist agendas of "defense" and "continuity" and consolidation and control.
That arrogant mindset is inhuman. It's psychopathic, and it's profoundly dangerous for the human race, given the technology they've clearly "developed." It's time for us all to face up to the fact that the psychopaths have seized global power and are wielding it in exactly the ways one would expect a highly organized group of psychopaths to do.
We're all in this together. It's a race between us, the masses of the human race, expanding and evolving our collective consciousness, and the forces of fear and control and their unquenchable thirst for power working toward a massively planned and coordinated global crackdown. Apparently the ancient Mayans knew it would come down to this, and here we are. Now let's do this thing that we all chose to be here now to do.

He doesn't think it is a missile because he says the Russians aim their missiles torward the east.
He also mentions that recently Indian scientists found organic matter on the moon -

and also thinks the government is moving torward alien disclosure.
Great info and links
Thanks for adding these to the mix, Ada.

Metaphysical Explanation
No Apocalypse?
Interesting stuff, thankyou for your report.
One thing though, at 9.35: "We don't have an apocalypse."
"Upcoming disclosure"?
"Seeing the manifestation of things we never thought possible"?
Isn't that exactly what the word "apocalypse" means?
An apocalypse is the removal of a veil. It happens repeatedly, individually and collectively, and as the narrator says, it is up to those who understand the changes to guide the rest of humanity out of panic into a new world.
