Where the Wildness Is

Let The Wildness In: Starhawk in NYC
Join legendary sacred activist and forerunner of the Goddess movement,
Starhawk, in a rare New York appearance. For over three decades,
Starhawk has supported regenerative culture through her work as an eco
and peace organizer, while leading a revival of earth-based spirituality
and Goddess religion. She will share with New Yorkers her years of
wisdom and experience for one inspiring evening of earth magic,
ecological activation, and community engagement.
How do you bring a connection to wildness into your life in NYC, and
into your vision of community? How can we recover our sense of being
part of the natural world while living in a big city? How can nature's
own patterns inform the way we meet our human needs, so that we can heal
and regenerate the world around us? How do we use age-old mystical
tools to manifest the change we wish to see?
Starhawk will share insights learned from both earth-based spirituality
and permaculture principles to help us weather times of rapid transition
and enormous challenges, while guiding us toward a world that honors
the wild.
