Wireless Tracking Without Warrants

As technology advances and our modern world becomes ever more connected, issues of privacy collide like never before with law enforcement. The US Justice Department is seeking the legal ability to track mobile wireless devices, such as cell phones without having to wait for a warrant. The ACLU and Electronic Frontier Foundation oppose the sought-after power.
