Big Heart, Big City

Zen Master Genpo Roshi is presenting his Big Mind Big Heart workshop this weekend in NYC. Prior to the workshop, Master Roshi will be meeting with the UN to bring forth his ideas presented in his life's work aimed at opening up the individual mind to the interconnectedness of all life. The Big Mind process is an interactive group method designed to remove what Genpo calls the "limited self" so the mind and spirit can surrender to the transcendent and higher form of consciousness, which he calls "Big Mind." Once the awareness of Big Mind is achieved, "Big Heart" becomes the apex and focal point for consciousness basking in the unconditional love and awareness that all is one, and interconnected.
