Chris Kilham shares his plant spirit wisdom at the Evolver Boston Ayahuasca Monologues in 2011.

Chris is an author and educator, the founder of Medicine Hunter Inc., and the FOX News Medicine Hunter. He also writes a weekly column for FOX News Health. Chris is Explorer in Residence at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he teaches the popular ethnobotany course, "The Shaman’s Pharmacy" through the Department of Plant & Soil Sciences. This intensive immersion course takes students to the Peruvian Amazon, where they learn about medicinal plants, the rainforest, and native culture.

Thank you for your kind comments. It is indeed the case that the sacred can be experienced with all psychedelics. At the same time, there is proportion to it all. When you have drunk ayahuasca in a ceremonial setting with a maestro shaman, you understand the gigantic magnitude of this experience. This is not to diminish any other method or plant. Ayahuasca is reaching out, as a conscious and volitional entity, calling many to its healing experience, at a time when we need this greatly. Viva la evolution!
