Biographical
Sophie Pinchetti is a Franco-American artist and journalist, currently based in London. She is the Founder, Spirit-in-Chief and Publisher of The Third Eye. Raised between Paris, New York and London, she is a graduate from Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design in London.
The Third Eye
The Third Eye is a fiercely independent media celebrating Alternatives, Madness & Consciousness. Ignited in 2012, The Third Eye evolves at the crossroads of different artistic, alternative and underground scenes from around the world.
The magazine is internationally distributed at independent art bookshops and stockists including the Tate Modern, Institute of Contemporary Arts, Serpentine Gallery, the Palais de Tokyo and Musée d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, as well as spontaneous distributions along the road and festivals throughout Europe.
The Third Eye will be having its first exhibition in Berlin this coming June - July 2013, marking its first birthday on the Summer Solstice.
