Biographical
Shawn Tassone, M.D. is a board certified obstetrician-gynecologistpracticing in Tucson, Arizona. He is a Fellow and visiting instructorin Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona under Andrew Weil,M.D., and is currently a Ph.D student in Human Sciences at the SaybrookGraduate School and Research Center exploring mind-body healingtechniques and indigenous healing arts. He is co-author, with his wifeKathryn Landherr, M.D., of the upcoming book, Myth-Conceptions: APregnant Woman's Guide to Surviving Mothers, Myths, and Moods to bepublished by Prometheus Books in 2009.
