Biographical
Martin A. Lee, an award-winning investigative journalist, is the author of three books, including Acid Dreams: The Complete Social history of LSD -- The CIA, the Sixties, and Beyond (1986) and The Beast Reawakens (1997), an expose of right-wing extremist and neofascist movements in the U.S. and abroad. Lee co-founded the media watch group FAIR (Fairness & Accuracy in Reporting) and was the founding editor and publisher of Extra!, FAIR's journal of media criticism. Lee is a contributing writer for O'Shaughnessy's, the journal of cannabis in clinical practice. He is the co-founder and director of Project CBD, an educational service that monitors and reports on developments in cannabinoid science and therapeutics.
