Biographical
Geert Lovink is a media theorist, net critic, director of the Institute of Network Cultures and author of Zero Comments - Blogging and Critical Internet Culture (Routledge, 2007). Patrice Riemens is a social geographer, advocate of free and open source sorftware and member of the Dutch hackers club 'Hippies from Hell'. Both have Amsterdam (NL) as their base.
