Biographical

Australian artist Elissa Hawke has been writing poetry since childhood, music since her teens, comedy/film scripts since her twenties and has worked as a musician and comedian/ TV and radio host for most of her adult life. Elissa has often supplemented her art by functioning as a remedial massage/reiki therapist/iridologist since 1991. Since 2010 Elissa has resided in a tent on a Caribbean beach on Mexico's sweetest jewel, Isla Mujeres. (The Island of Women). She bakes delicious pies and manages a local bar, teaches yoga, snorkels, dances and studies contract law everyday, and occasionally massages.
