Biographical
Catherine Burns is the Artistic Director of the critically-acclaimed storytelling series The Moth, and has told stories on The Moth stage at The Aspen Comedy Festival, Central Park SummerStage and The Players Club. She is the director and producer of the feature film, A Pound of Flesh, and the co-producer of the films All the Rage, Starving Artists and Temps. As a television director/producer, she has interviewed such diverse talent as Aerosmith, Robin Williams, Howard Stern, Martha Stewart and Chuck D. A five-time burner, she ran the New York City leg of the Fire Conclave from 2004-2006.
