Biographical

T. Oliver is an artist and community organizer. The founder of The Blue Zen Project, and created Portland Artist for Obama and Eugene Artist for Obama for the presidential campaign in 2008. A member of Pacific Party of Oregon for over fifteen years and currently resides in Eugene.
