Biographical

Bill Machon, a 32 yr. old vegetarian truth seeker, was born and raised primarily in Miami, FL, but currently resides in Providence, RI with his wife Melissa.  By day, professionally, he is a computer technician. By night he is a DJ, a sonic freedom fighter spinning everything from Afrobeat to Nordic space disco, dub reggae, and minimal techno. His interests lie somewhere at the cluttered, but fascinating intersection of technology, philosophy, music, the cosmos, mind-expansion, and even the ridiculous minutiae of American politics.

At an early age, Bill had his mind blown by Obi-Wan Kenobi's revelation of "The Force" on the big screen, and the reality-shifting sounds of Magical Mystery Tour on his father's record player.  He has a passion for freedom, peace, cultural understanding, and seeing another's perspective. The powers of the mind, and it's tentacled connections to the universe, everyone, and everything is always at the root of his seemingly endless soul-searching. It is indeed his ongoing quest for new perspectives, and new experiences with music, technology, art, life, and culture, that keep him sane and moving forward. The only thing he enjoys more is turning others onto his new discoveries. Hence, his latest adventure... a contributor to Reality Sandwich.
