Biographical
I live in Brooklyn and have been curating transformative art events using an intuitive process for nine years. I directed the site-specific art exhibition The Peekskill Project from 2004-2006 and have curated shows in unusual sites with psychological and sociological themes. My main aims are to engage with artists and the public. I am interested in transformation and consciousness raising. I study astrology, make AstroArt charts, am Reiki I & II attuned, and have studied chakras and IET in depth. I have BAs in Sociology and Studio Art and an MA in Contemporary & Modern Art History. I have been a contributing writer to Artillery magazine (LA), www.artslant.com and also write for Reality Sandwich.
*update Oct 29, 2011. I moved to the North Quabbin area of Massachusettes in June. I live in the woods on beautiful peaceful land that has a retreat center and is starting a "University of the Wild." I have no plans on returning to NYC and am working on my astrology business as well as learning more healing tools, sustainable design and keeping up with the news from the office which is the only on the grid building here.
