The aptly titled new documentary Something Unknown is Doing We Don’t Know What…surveys the “Big Five” psychic abilities demonstrated by psychological research: precognition, telepathy, clairvoyance, psychokinesis, and healing. Filmmaker Renee Scheltema began her exploration of parapsychology after a series of unexplained “psychic events” piqued her curiosity. Something Unknown is the product of Scheltema’s journalistic rigor in discussing psychic phenomena with scientists, healers, psychic detectives, engineers, physicists, and even a magician. With contributions from Rupert Sheldrake, Dean Radin, Larry Dossey, and many others, Something Unknown bridges the gap between science and unexplained phenomena.

Really Important Film

I, like many if not most of you, have been aware of this realm of creation for years. But I've struggled to communicate and facilitate similar experiences in people of some other cultural and intellectual flavors. (This friction is all almost implicit in the very identity of Reality Sandwich; it is why we are all here-- we are trying to explain and share the astonishing magic of reality, right?!!!??!!) I'm about to tell my doctor and academic friends about this. This movie -if followed up by a persistent and robust conversation in society, academia and the media- could provide just the social nudge that is needed to legitimize transpersonal/morphocfeild/noosphere/nonlocal spontaneous interaction. I just watched this 15 minutes ago, googled it, and RS was the second result with this page. If this movie gets to the innovative and open-minded scientist/academics around the world, it could inspire them to shift more of their experimental designs toward these rich potentials. These energies are exactly what humans need to allow the critical healing, growth and evolution so necessary in these times. Spontaneous energy focus comes about Most Reliably when there is a real need for their services, and when the intention and attention of their human caller is clear and meant for universal benefit. What an amazing drop. We will be showing this as soon as possible in Seattle.
