Time Control Technology Disclosure

Dr. David Lewis Anderson has entered the public arena to widely disclose the existence of nothing less than time control and related technologies (including a time reactor that taps into the “free” energy created by the earth’s frame-dragging through space time). This may be the most powerful technological development humanity has so far constructed. He and other groups around the world have been perfecting these technologies for some years now. An international Time Race has been secretly underway. Public awareness of such technologies, as well as the governmental, military, and corporate interest in exploiting them, may be the most important issue we deal with as a species since the discovery of atomic power. Though this might sound like science fiction to most people, on Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell, Dr. Anderson has assured the public that it isn’t.
“There is such a great risk Art, of how this technology can be used. A lot of people ask me what if, how it will be used? The issue today is no longer what if and how. The technology is being used. It’s being used in Japan, in India, there are efforts in China…It’s really now a question of how do we manage the influence that governments have on this technology today that becomes a real concern and a challenge for people on this planet.”
Dr. Anderson has exposed human beings to retarded and accelerated rates of time. “People laugh because they can not believe that what they are seeing in front of their eyes truly can happen. Then there is a feeling of a deep emotion. The fact that when people realize that what they perceive is reality isn’t real, based upon their belief system and their own human mind…People can not experience life the same way.” Many have described profound spiritual experiences as a result of being exposed to a time warp field generator in action.
Anderson could not disclose the exact rate of acceleration/retardation his team has achieved. This revelation is the ultimate game changer. However, what could be more motivating to encourage humanity onto the peace track? Everyone and everything is susceptible to the effects of time manipulation technology.
“We’re going to have knock down all the political barriers, all the religious barriers and look at this issue as one human race.”
Oddly enough, Terrence McKenna suggested in an interview with Bell on Coast to Coast, that his transcendental object at the end of time might be a time machine.

A fear based perspective on this is does no good, a focus on the fact we are stepping into new territory and discussing such a thing is good progress for global awareness and should lead many to consider what they accept to be true on time, for much of us it comes down to either being late or on time with a small percentage that are early. Time is relative to observation, it is not a constant, thank you AE and Co. Our day to day lives spent in the general waking/non altered state define this to be true simply by we as a worlds people going along with it via worldwide agreement of nations and scientists and agreed time zones agreed changes, like daylight savings etc. We already go along with the manipulation of time and the attempt to harness this for evil, profit and power is just part of the dark vs light we are comprehending on the eve of our destruction/new dawn. The ability to travel in time is within, when fully lucid one can easily change there observation to say the least. Lucid states are where we can move beyond days of the future passed to being (present?) not focusing on being (present?), why the ? mark, when in deep meditation a sense of being like a conduit/conductor over rides a feeling/desire of presence.(Are you guys picking up on all the rock band album cover channeling emerging from the past/its like time travel Led Zepplin"Presence" in your future keep reading, Moody Blues "Days of the Future Past" Back to your future REM "Begin the Begin" up with, or is it time travel If you want to drum up some fear on it to get your adrenaline flowing consider this: Time terrorism, am I in the future now, yes I am, so are you as you simply imagine and visualize this as a catalyst for war and a breakdown of worldwide transit, communication via every satellite, computer system and nothatsmartphone and GPS out of sync (Sorry this is the scary stuff no boy band references). This will be caused by the the terrorist group TimeX, angry and bent on destruction for good reason, intent on destroying the 21st Century Corporate time/crime wave where by these greedy evil and too big to fail corporations will create there own terrorism falsely for profit, seconds to minutes to hours of hanging on to your money = more time being there money is one of many schemes. We need this to happen because we need to begin the begin.
Cool
But why would anyone believe this? I want a time machine too... But just who is this guy?
Who's who?
Biography
David Lewis Anderson, born in Weirton, West Virginia is a physicist whose interests are in spacetime physics, special relativity and global community service. Anderson received degrees in engineering, physics and philosophy as a student graduating with honors from West Virginia University, California State University, the Joint-Services Military College and the University of Minnesota. He was employed at a young age by the United States Air Force conducting advanced research and development at the prestigious Air Force Flight Test Center at Edwards Air Force Base in the Mojave Desert. He later founded an organization call the TTRC, an advanced time-technology research laboratory located on Long Island, New York in the United States of America.
During that time he proposed several new detail on theories for reversing time at sub-light speeds and laid the foundations for what would later become known as time-warped field theory, an approach that modeled and described how to use the natural forces of inertial frame dragging for power generation and to create contained and controllable fields of closed time-like curves.
Anderson provided one of the first comprehensive overviews of the historical views of time, time control and time travel in the documentary "Time Travel - Journeys into Time." His ideas were later applied for the development of high performance time reactor systems for energy production and time technology research at what is known today as the Anderson Institute.
Anderson is the President and CEO of Anderson Multinational LLC, the parent corporation of the Anderson Institute and several other companies, headquartered in Rochester, New York. He holds multiple patents relating to time technology and also for time reactor designs. His published works include more than thirty articles and video lectures on spacetime physics, time control technologies and methods and the philosophy of time. He has appeared on numerous radio and television shows worldwide including Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell in the USA.
Anderson is also President and CEO of the World Genesis Foundation whose mission is to “leave no child without hope for the future” and is active as a speaker and Ambassador for Youth for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization and also for the Romanian government.
there is also an new intreview up you can find here: http://www.basilandspice.com/journal/2012-exposed-time-travel-a-proven-fact-in-6-countries.html
He is also on Facebook, believe it or not...
Is this what it looks like?
This is almost too much to believe
Who is this guy ?
agree
he presents absolutely no credibility, and with someone of his academic stature, he would naturally know that. very fishy.
this could also simply be another cool John Titor-esque sci fi viral, and if so, cheers!

Sigh
This is all fun stuff, and as a physicist -- trained as one, anyway -- without any real emotional ties to the field (I don't have a reputation to defend), I love to read about this stuff and speculate. Always have. I spent weeks in college trying to work out a time-travel device based on a rather peculiar interpretation of Schroedinger's wave equation, but in the end, plain old special relativity cut me down. If it had worked, I was going to send myself stock tips from the future.
However, where this stuff really falls down for me is not the physics, but the human story.
"Heed me!" I say. "I have discovered how to make gold out of nothing!"
"Show me," cry the Philistines.
"I can't. The secret government agency stole my notebooks. Then the lab burned down. Then my wife left me because of the mysterious telephone calls. No one will hire me because I've been blacklisted. Now I'm broke. But if you could just loan me, say $50,000, I could build the machine to do it, yes, I could!"
"Bah," cry the Philistines. "You are a fraud."
"I am no fraud, and you are... you are... PHILISTINES! You have no appreciation for genius. Bah, yourself!" I stomp off to panhandle someone else in the bus station.
The human stories in these "breakthrough discoveries" don't wash. The researchers always come out of hiding and then go, not to industry, but onto the talk/Internet circuit and make their money scamming enthusiasts. Though I'm being far too harsh -- they are providing legitimate entertainment, and people pay a lot for that. It's uplifting, generates enthusiasm and hope for the future, and that's certainly worth paying $20 to hear a guy speak, and another $30 to buy his self-published book, then spend a week dreaming about flying cars and free energy.
The science never quite washes either, however. Most of these schemes violate mass/energy conservation. I certainly won't say that can't happen -- stranger things have come out of physics. But if it does happen, the discovery will start with demonstration of the "impossible," and then work back to some kind of theory; in the process, a lot of physicsts are going to quit their jobs and take up competitive drinking. What will NOT happen is proceeding from established theory and experiment (e.g. the Casimir effect) to a "theoretical device" that then becomes a "prototype." None of the existing theories allow mass/energy conservation to be violated. Ergo, any device derived from those theories will not (theoretically) violate conservation.
The schemes that don't violate mass/energy conservation have other theoretical drawbacks. Dropping through a wormhole is nice in theory, except that it relies on a highly-speculative model of how space-time is structured, and the theoretical journey doesn't even leave your elementary particles intact, much less your Rolex watch. A Tippler cylinder is, well, big. Really big. We've just recently been able to make instruments barely sensitive enough to measure Einsteinian frame-dragging around the Earth as a whole. You aren't going to get much energy or time-travel out of that. And if you somehow did -- well, we'd be effectively tapping energy from the Earth's movement through space, all of which is currently being used to maintain our relative distance from the sun and the alternation of day and night. We're going to have enough trouble with "peak oil." Having to worry about "peak momentum-loss" is more than just a little scary.
I do understand how political and stuffy the academic world is -- that's why I left it a long time ago. But if anyone can give me a device that taps the universe's energy and produces useful work, even in small quantities, it would not be that difficult to drive entire physics departments to drink. You simply have to approach it properly.
the murk
The more good data on this topic the better. Hopefully the Anderson Institute, or one of these mentioned countries engaged in this research, will provide.
Although, a similar, but smaller scale idea has been floating around for sometime with the work of Dr. Robert Mallet:

All Movement is Time Travel
Every time we experience a memory we time travel through a Quantum wormhole ... same with imagination and/or dream.
One sometimes hears statements of how there is more technological sophistication in one cell, than in many thousands of times the level of present day "mech- tech" machination.
So in a similar vein there will always be more potential in ones own consciousness to transcend { the opposite of manipulation} time and space considerations.
We only even think and/or endeavor along such lines to the degree we have lost our own innate ability.
There is just no way our reductionistic / deterministic paradigms of the past will even have validity at all when approaching such "quantum possibilities"
Humanistic free will manipulation only goes so far before it becomes swallowed up by it's own nescience.
How much science fiction and fantasy does it take make up for this inherent loss ...
Word, zavier. Thank you.
dreaming is fine but so is critical thinking
Dreaming is wonderful and can inspire proper action. However he is not just requesting that we dream about the possibilities, if this is a real person and not a viral ARG, he is requesting that we believe what he says 100% to dream what he requests.
And it's not necessary. Us futurists have plenty to dream about based on plenty of empirical data, we don't need anything fudged to dream about how amazing the future can be.
Futurism is about critical thinking AND dreaming. We don't need to sacrifice one for the benefit of the other.

"Dr. Anderson are either true or the most brain-washed Scientist on this planet."
He sounds rational to me, I like to dive in to it.. Unless it's just a new Hollywood production Promo, mentioned by some.
Is there money involved? (hmm, well there always are, ain't there?)
"Rev.David will take care of all your earthly belongings...."
I don't want to sell Watchtower Magazines, if that's the tricky part... :-P
Dr.Jack Sarfatti mentioned once that our Space Brothers might be our future children, time-travelling...I like that idea.
Dream On
One only dreams to the degree of disbelief in present potential.
The time is always right for "now"
Consciousness never really "travels" ... just waits patiently for time, space & dimension to catch up .. or get left behind.
There is only ever actual "presence" in the present.
PS to the curious
Thanks
Thanks for the directing EE, great stuff and what a potential this seems!
I can fully understand however, Dr.Andersons worries of Corporate White-collar takeover and Autocratic political agendas concerning this Technology.
Thinking of it, the world needs an inter-cosmological world-view to promote and protect this tech. from mentioned imbescilles.
This also shows how important it is for Science to communicate directly with commoners worldwide, to weigh it's potential and power-political side-effects.I can't imagine how this will end up, if political and corporate "Blofeld and Hugo Drax archetypes, i.e. James Bond" getting their hands on this.

The Science Angle
Yes, when you consider our actual circumstance, there are seven billions scientists on this rock waiting to be put in high gear—The experiment being their own reality, their own consciousness, which is both individual and not individual. This is where we may find freedom—through the introspection that science and discovery are urging our group attention towards. I don’t think the “evolvers” are an isolated body of curious persons. Our rational observations are forcing us more and more as tool-makes, as measurers of reality, to move our attention towards “that which IS doing the measuring.” The science of subjectivity, consciousness, digital mechanics, and so on are having a “narrowing” effect on the collective and individual experience—inviting us into these inner places.
Townies are getting tremendous results with remote viewing experiments—in fact, we’ve come to realize that one has the ability to remote view the contents not just of the hidden jar on the other side of the city, but also the content of another human being’s dream. Combining these firsthand, direct experiences (which are really very natural and easy to do, as any remote viewer will tell you—and also somewhat necessary for the curious to experience) with a Big Theory of Everything that derives not only standard physics but consciousness as well (provided by NASA/The Monroe Institute’s own Thomas Campbell in 2003 with the publication of “My Big TOE”) we very well may be coming into a significant scientific, psychological, and therefore social shift of how we perceive and behave—based totally upon one’s own observation of Nature/Being/All That Is/Consciousness, etc. This is the threshold of science right now. And established technologies are out there (binaural beats) to accelerate the process.
Unfortunately many folks have no tolerance anymore for the S word. They see it as pain. This is a bummer because most of these folks are then, otherwise “mystic,” (actually it’s more of a bigoted, prejudicial, close-minded approach). Yet, historically the mystic was a highly skilled artisan, communicator, experimenter, investigator, and scientist—both of the “interior” and “exterior” dimension. There is a sensation that this is what the “scientist” is returning to. Materialism is running out of plausibility: non-locality, entanglement, extra-dimensional mathematics, remote viewing (which is an ESTABLISHED and HISTORIC, NATURAL PHENOMENON), precognitive experiences, consciousness itself, the cosmological constant, the nature of both physics and matter as an evolutionarily process fractal (the Hubble’s latest data from the WFC3 has revealed to be the case—a fundamental assumption in Campbell’s “My Big TOE” (hooray)), and so on…
This last bit about the WFC3, should not be overlooked. It is very important, because it suggests the matter and physics the fundamental nature of physical reality is a conscious system—in that:
1. Data is taken in (experience occurs)
2. Data is recalled (memory)
3. Data is processed (organized, sense is made, understands occur, more profitable states are considered)
4. There is a self-modifying feedback loop (growth, change, evolution, intelligence, etc.)
The WFC3 data reveals pictures of an infant universe—suggested that everything matured into this state, as any organism would.
The universe of MATTER and THE FORCES THAT GOVERN THAT MATTER are shown via the WFC3 data, to be undergoing such a 4-part process of consciousness. This confirms many esoteric, mystic, ancient models—the universe is mind.
If you program simulated virtual organisms in a computer, or robots with just a few very simple instructions, like “feel around,” they naturally evolve forms of profitable locomotion. You don’t even need to program a “reward” component; they are just naturally inclined to check out thescene. So the idea that Existence could too be so equally simplistic, in that you have just a few rule sets and information/energy, eventually you get a situation like this, is not so outrageous. I mean if our computers and robots are pulling it off on their own—WITHOUT INSTRUCTION the case is ergo, el naturale.
So then, what are we? Obviously then being thrown in such a predicament, we become scientists. We investigate perception: Observation and Insight, to understand the nature of Nature (which is also, of course, our nature). This is where one attempts to go “outside mind,” to better explore subjectivity, the larger reality of consciousness, the Reality Wide Web, etc…
Science and society are moving into a re-discovery of that which just read the word “re-discovery.”

clarification
"Just one clarification. What I'm talking about is 'time control,' and I'm being very careful about the words 'time control' versus 'time travel.' ... We're not talking about sending a human back forty to fifty years, but the technology is not so far away from doing that."
This is all very vague. The information about Godel, Tipler, and Kaku is useful though: http://www.andersoninstitute.com/physics-of-time.html

TRUE Nature of Time
In order to understand whether time travel is possible we must first understand what time is.
What is time?
Time is a MEASUREMENT system that WE use to measure the apparent motion accuring around us. That's it!
Time does NOT exist in Nature, as either a force or system acting upon us. Were time to exist in nature the universe would be very different.
Is time travel possible?
No. All the motion that has previously occured in the universe can never be visited again, or reproduced exactly. In addition all the motion that has occured in the universe before is never stored anywhere.
Here is a short paper I wrote concerning the TRUE nature of Time: http://www.scribd.com/doc/36733933/The-TRUE-Nature-of-Time
Thanks for your Time. :)
I've experienced time warps w/o Anderson's technology.
I can truthfully say that I've experienced different time dimensions while using various entheogens, particulary Salvia Divinorum - and it was indeed hilarious, and not to mention incredibly emotional. I've never seen life the same way, because I've realized, through romantic intuition (not reason), that consciousness has it's own time parameters.
Let's hope the technology's in fact out there and falls in the hands of those who want to change the nature of our species and thus planet.
But that's just a dream.
what is the mindset...

We are all aware of the fact
