Texts For Trees

On Friday, April 22nd, Green World Campaign and Earth Day New York are launching a global initiative to "ReGreen" the planet. Texting "TREE" to 85944 will make an automatic $5 donation toward planting trees on degraded soil throughout the world.

This movement seeks to inspire cultural momentum in eco-stabilizing struggling indigenous communities. $5 will plant five trees, and texters can donate up to five times per cell phone.
