beyond mailorder shamanism,,,

today I went searching for local wild plants for an ayahuasca... I had gone to the normal spot I find passionflower (Passiflora Incarnata) last night but it had changed since and a different mix of plants had emerged after it had apparently been mowed at some point, I returned to see if in better light I could find some there but to no avail and gathered some attractive dried flowers for my fall display in my garden and then searched along the route back home and did indeed find some along with a delicious ripe fruit. I continued to where the Albizia julibrissin (silktree or persian mimosa) grows and snapped a limb and then proceeded to where the common reeds (Phragmites) are and used the stick to dig up the rhizome (Albizia is NOT a true Mimosa or enthoegenically active but is a good antidepressant/ antianxiety treatment and helps the digestive tract and is safe to use with an MAO-I such as high dose passionflower) and upon my return route I discovered a persimon tree laden w/ many sweet ripe fruit. The spirit plants rewarded me either by granting sweet fruit of their own as in the case of the passionflower or pointing to sister persimmon tree as in the case of the silktree and the reed.

went back to persimon tree...

It still hasn't been cold enough for many fruits to ripen yet but there was a white-faced possum in the tree. We each found a ripe fruit and ate them together. We are both patient and willing to share...I have never seen such a happy and serene possum before. When I slipped and slid into the water he wasn't startled and I think laughed a bit :-) Looking a wild animal in the eyes for many minutes and sharing a meal and a laugh...wasn't tripping just enjoying persimmons and possum companionship and on the way to digging up more swamp grass roots...

SWIM found that season for passionflower has passed...

SWIM discovered swallowing a tablespoon of black pepper a bit before ingesting swamphuasca borealis was an effective potentiator, SWIM was very pleased to discover this. SWIM discovered this from marsupial borealis, SWIM thanks kind marsupial for pointing out how SWIM was looking too hard for fruit when SWIM had all he needed already.

Ayahuasca: shapeshifting or egotripping?

I recently posted a very interesting video of J.M. Fericgla, organiser of the Barcelona shamanism conference. A very different take on shapeshifting.

Two teachers

Hello, friends,

Dr. Fericgla wants you to know that the teachers in this seminar,"Shamanic Tecnologies, Power Plants & Healing Potential", are himself & Jonathan Ott..

Best wishes Zorro

Pasito a pasito,Todo quiere ser querido.

thanks to Ott

he did Muscaria so I didn't have to and pointed out the potential of Phragmites which is subtle in its activity in ratio to MAOI due to breakdown of DMT versus bufotenine by MAO. Its odd (no not really) that livestock find a sweetspot in alkaloid content of phalaris and phragmites grasses that includes certain quantities of active tryptamines in relation to more toxic related compounds. Humans can sometimes be somewhat stupider than sheep so from henceforth I will consider the term sheeple a disparagement of sheep.
