Eye Gazing by Melange
We share eye contact in silence with delightful world music playing in the background to open the connection. After the Gaze, we come together and enjoy the AfterGlow Dinner… a deliciously luscious vegan feast where eye gazers socialize in community at the lovely JivamukTea cafe. We offer an equal gender balance for our gatherings. Eye Gazing is for single individuals only. Eye Gazing works best with spiritually minded Yogi’s & Yogini’s who are comfortable in their own skin, love to dance, are interested in connecting on a deeper level without alcohol and are vibrantly ageless. The sexual orientation for the Eye Gazing party Friday, October 10th is Heterosexual. Eye Gazing at Jivamukti by Mélange is lovingly hosted by Jeanine T. Abraham of Melange Internationale.

Meditation with Tammy Lynne and Adam Elenbass
As promised, the date is set & you now have an opportunity to receive a complete meditation practice to use anytime, anywhere, and under any circumstance. For thousands of years, meditation has been used as a vehicle to reduce stress, enhance focus, cultivate clarity, and support wellbeing. Yet because the modern world still has misconceptions and conflicting ideas about what it is and who should do it, this valuable technology has never been integrated into the mainstream. To move beyond these limitations, selfcentered meditation is shaking things up a bit. Our movement has been consciously created to deliver a new type of training with a fresh language, look, and feel so that Everyone can learn, live, and practice meditation. For just $100, the selfcentered meditation program includes:* A two hour in-person session with a certified Awareness Architect (There will be 2 Architects for this event) * Continuing education training via web, email, and video * Down loadable guided meditations * Access to the Ask an Architect Forum * The selfcentered Challenge. I am excited to offer this program in New York!!! Mark your calendars for this experiential workshop - Sunday Oct. 12th, 1pm-3pm at East West Yoga hosted by Myself & Adam Elenbass. You must pre-register to attend this training. Please email me (tammy@getselfcentered.com) or call 480-233-8528 to sign up. Check out the events page for more details on this event & to see whats going on with the meditation inspired revolution around the country. Invest a few hours of time and life long success will be your return. Questions? Please give me a ring or shoot me an email. Spread the word and tell a friend, they will thank you & it will help you create a community of meditators ;-)

Writing and Getting Your Book Published with Taylor Ellwood
(Taylor is a wonderful teacher and Coach. I highly recommend this teleclass. -Salma) Do you have a book that you’re just dying to write? Or maybe you’ve written your book, but you’re not sure what the next step is. In this series of classes, I can help you get your book published as well as plan the steps you need to take to market it to your audience. If you’ve never submitted a book to a publisher or always found that your manuscript is getting rejected, I can help you take steps to change that. So who is this class for? A writer who’s writing a book or written one, a published author who’s not sure how to market his or her book, or anyone who wants to know more about how the publishing industry works. Why can I help you? Because I’m a published author, as well as a managing non-fiction Editor for a small press. I know the publishing industry inside and out and have helped people like you achieve their dreams of getting their book published and in the hands of people wanting to read their books. What will you learn if you show up? * Insider knowledge about how the publishing industry works * The importance of word to mouth marketing and promotion. * The reason most authors struggle with making their book a success-and how to avoid it completely. * And more. Is this class a good use of your precious time? You’ve got Taylor’s guarantee that if you haven’t learned anything after the first class, I’ll refund you all of your tuition minus the 50 dollar class fee.

“HEAL” Invitation To Our One Year Anniversary!
We are celebrating our ONE Year Anniversary of SEED Gallery, it has been a serious year full of many facets of beautiful experiences. We would like to invite you to gather and celebrate the hard work and honor all the artists that have helped made SEED grow! The Revolution Won’t Be Televised! Come and spread some love =)
Group Show. Mystic art is spirit expressed into matter. A mystic artist receives and transmits revelation, providing their art as a medium for messages from the divine matrix of Creation. (Alex Grey, http://www.cosm.org) Creating a work of art is like creating a new language, the language that communicates with the soul, the ability of transcending meaning without any boundaries. Art communicates what words cannot. The emotions of a human are dynamic. The spark within all of us can cause a wave pool of ideas that could lead to a better quality of life. The act of creating is a cathartic expression, a source of comfort, a way to expend and understand our trials and tribulations. Seed Gallery is bringing to the forefront art that has been used for healing by the very act of creating it in the new exhibition “HEAL.” Our opening reception is a celebration of the creativity and the resilience of the human spirit. The works of Fugen Bacaz, Gizem Bacaz, Allyson Green, Sarah Wellington, Blaq, Nemo, Satoshi Sakamoto, Amy Angeles, Ryan Hopkins, Ariana Mirabile, Mike Collins, Takun Williams, Salma Shamy, Bernardo Corman, Andrew Maishman, Takun Williams and Alfredo Manzo, Ralph Sanders, France Garrido, Steven Peabody, Steve Shorts, Caroline McAuliffe, Christina Fuentes, Doug Oneil, Philippe Garcesto, Allison May Dzielak, Jon Entwhistle, Analiese Desaw and other artists will further detail the process of healing through creation. Please RSVP:
