Okupas.
(Squats) Towards an Anarchist Ecology Films & discussion on
squatter networks, freeganism, art, & free space. Featuring Alex
Ross of Freegan.info. "Throughout the world, networks of politically
conscious squatters have been uniting against capitalist exploitation.
From the barrios of Argentina to the city center of Amsterdam,
squatters are pioneering new ways of sustainable community living,
founded on tenets of mutual aid, self-management, and ecology. Alex
will present a discussion on the interconnected, global squatter
movement, its solidarity, and its divisions. Alex, who spent three
months within the squatter networks of Europe, will also speak on the
progressive notions of ecology, economy, and politics that compose

Crystallization 888 - An Entheon Village and Pantheogenesis Temple Fundraiser
You
are invited to join us at a beautiful private triplex home with garden
in Brooklyn, for an evening of sumptuous food and drink, blessing,
dancing, and pre-playa connection. We will be showcasing the central
altar from the Temple, a 40 square foot map of the entire playa made
from 1000 crystal geodes. Entheon Village has been active in the
visionary art scene at Burning Man since its formation in 2006,
bringing artists such as Alex Grey and the Interdimensional Art
Movement Unified to the playa. The Sacred Spaces Art Collective has
since 2006 built a succession of ever-bigger Temples on the playa,
including the Axial Temple, the Gaia MaiTreya Temple and the Temple of
All Gods. This year, Entheon Village and Sacred Spaces are
collaborating on the creation of the Pantheogenesis Temple, bringing
12,000 square feet of visionary art, sacred geometrical crystal grids,
amazing lectures and music together in a single coherent whole. The
Temple will consist of seven interconnected spaces, each of which has
its own artistic and spiritual theme, and its own programming. There
will be a multitude of art pieces, an energy grid of over 1000
crystals, and a great deal of beauty and meditative healing energy.
This is a fundraiser to support this project we will be having
simultaneous video-linked fundraisers across the nation: New York,
Chicago, Reno and San Francisco. We hope that you can come to the
Crystallization 888. Fundraiser in New York and support this important
vision. Highlights include: - Music from DJ Velour and Douggie
Styles; - Silent Auction of - Gourmet food from Ben Craig -
Firespinning (weather permitting.) All money collected, above party
expenses, will be used exclusively for the project. Don your best
playa evening wear… or come as a patron of the Arts

The Science of Vibration - Kundalini Yoga and Sacred Sound
Illuminate
the inherent power of your word and expand conscious to the primal
element of manifestation through sound. Broken down the word Mantra"
can be more easily understood: "Man" means "mind" and "Trang" means "to
move" as in "transport". Our mantra is what we project outward and
inward that shapes our perceived reality. In this workshop we will
commune with that power of our individual projection while in asana and
meditation. The Science of Vibration works with the sacred sound
current to manifest peace and sustain happiness in our modern lives.
The workshop will climax during an extended healing with the harmonious
and penetrating sounds of the gong.

"Introduction to Tantric Flow": Free Transformatolgy Group Healing - Presented by Andrew Sway
Tantric
Flow comes about when we develop a strong and grounded sense of self
love. This self love becomes our reference point in our dealings with
the outside world and we slowly evolve into a state of empowered
spontaneity. Our self love spreads out, with confidence, to our
surroundings. Conscious Manifestation occurs with ease and much less
outside resistance. This introductory event will combine discussion
and group energy healing to give participants a direct experience of
the potential freedom and spontaneity within themselves. **There is no
sexual activity of any kind in this seminar.
