Signs Of Our Times

Thus far this summer, we've seen some of the most interesting crop circle formations to date.
For many, the formations tell us a story that can magnify personal synchronicities, for others they contain complex codes to unlock next-level technologies, and for yet others they are simply genius works of art. The Cleaver, a blog by Neil Kramer, makes the most compelling argument suggesting that they are a paradox, inexplicable by our modern ways of thinking, and thus are designed to expand our consciousness beyond duality. From hypercubes to a mysterious face, they seem to suggest another dimension emerging from within third-dimensional space.
For a good introduction to the crop circle phenomenon, we highly recommend Suzanne Taylor's film, "What on Earth?: Inside the Crop Circle Mystery" as well as frontline photographers Steve and Karen Alexander's book, "Crop Circles: Signs, Wonders, and Mysteries."
The best way to keep up with the formations as they emerge is to follow Circle Chasers on Facebook, or to visit the "latest formations" on The Crop Circle Connector.
A recent RS article by Red Collie analyzes themes in the 2010 crop circle season as of early August.
