it always amazes me that people have trouble imagining a person who does not feel sexually attracted to other people. being a person with an overwhelming sex drive, i have always assumed there were people at the other end of the spectrum that were not interested in sex. i have even known some of these people quite well. in school they tried to convince me that this had to do with testosterone levels, but i always thought that this was a cop-out... sex drive is much to complicated to boil down to simple chemical responses and productions. this lends towards the idea that maybe sex and relationships need to start being viewed as separate from each other, though of course related, because you can have wonderful sex without a relationship and a wonderful relationship without sex. it mostly just depends on the people involved and what they are looking for. so fascinating! ~*Ibss*~
