Zippy the RS-Head?

Zippy, RSlp.jpg

Bill Griffith is the author of several underground comics including the idiosyncratic Zippy the Pinhead comic. Recently, Griffith has written a Zippy comic that seems to give a nod to Reality Sandwich. In the strip, characters Zippy and Zerbina, Zippy's clone-like partner, experience a recurring pattern of deja vu in several reincarnations throughout the eras of recent history. The strip ends with Zerbina proclaiming "Reality is a sandwich," and Zippy finishing, "I did not order!" The comic evokes thoughts of 2012 and the ephemeral nature of time and space with an absurdist sense of humor that is both strange and provocative.

RS was already a remix

Yeah, maybe.

Maybe Zippy was referring to the Ginsberg book 'Reality Sandwiches' which is where those who started this site got it from.

I find this a bit more believable, at the moment, considering the amount of influence Ginsberg has had and the short amount of time this website has been around.

maybe...

seen this before in old Zippy

I think this Zippy line has been used in past strips, long before RS.com
