Rapid Evolution
Anthropologists have found the rate of human evolution to be increasing. As human mating behaviors have developed over the last 10,000 years, we have also developed a system for increasing adaptive genetic mutations. The researchers give the ability to digest lactose that has evolved in humans over the last 3,000 years as an indicator of such rapid evolution. Studies are also being conducted on mate selection and possible links to predispositions toward autism. Mate selection, modern lifestyle, and increasing population may all play a role in where humanity is heading.

Some say Devolution
While the complexity and novelty of humanity and our relationship to ourselves and eachother are increasing; tere are many that say we have Devolved.
At least on the spiritual level.
At some point in the past, we had long lives endowed with spiritual power and connection.
We were once eagles soaring the cosmos... and have become turkeys... gobble gobble.
But whats awesome is that, we are remembering that we were eagles!
