Quetzalcoatl Riddles

Two new crop circles have just been discovered in Wiltshire, England. Entitled "Quetzalcoatl Headdress" and "Eagle and Condor Connected by Quetzal," these complex formations feature symbols representing a Mayan prophecy called "Eagle of the North and Condor of the South." Mayan numerology is also depicted in the "Quetzalcoatl Headdress," including numbers associated with Quetzalcoatl, the jaguar, condor, and eagle.

I've been really dying to know Daniel Pinchbeck's reaction to the Quetzalcoatl Headdress. That has to have really flipped his wig! I'm rereading his book, 2012 Return of the Quetzalcoatl now - and that message he received from Quetzalcoatl as conveyed in the book is so incredibly appropriate now (as a view into the future not ascertainable then)! My wig's been flipped, anyway. I'm really thinking there is something to 2012 and its damned difficult to stay focused on the "normal" day to day concerns - but I am managing. I feel affirmed in all of the time I spend trying to follow all of these mysteries and understand my own intuitive hits on all of this, but it's still not easy. What a bizarre time to be alive!

I couldn't believe it when the "Feathered Serpent" headdress appeared. I knew there was significance in the dots and lines, being that they aren't symmetrical. The pattern at the bottom has appeared in other 2012-related circles, almost like a Royal Seal, if you will. But once I realized they were Mayan numbers, I knew there had to be incredible significance. If only I could decipher it! What really blew my mind though, was this formation: http://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2009/milkhill3/phase3.html . This appeared over the course of 9 days in 3 phases. At over 1500 feet long, it's impossible to dismiss as a hoax, but what exactly is it trying to communicate? Bizarre times indeed...

I do think it's very cool that the crop circles seem to have predicted this sudden intense activity in the sun after it's been quiet for so long. Also interesting that scientists are themselves still very much puzzling over why the magnetic field of the earth is weakening and whether a pole shift is happening.

Thanks for posting the youtube links, I watched part 4, the idea that extraterrestrials are somehow able to activate a 'protective magnetic shield' around the earth to save us from the effects of large solar flares seems somehow far fetched, but then the crop circles themselves challenge one's normal reasoning.

I read somewhere that jose arguelles predicted a large solar flare to hit the earth in 2012, presumably this would create massive aurouras around the planet, kind of fitting thing to have happen in 2012.

the woven crop circle that was intrepeted by a scientist as pertaining to the eye was very interesting.

if the solar cycle is as intense as they are predicting...even NASA is predicting a very wild solar cycle 24.....this crop circle may pertain to a mutation in our sight....with the intense radiation storms....who knows?

They've now changed this prediction due to the unexpected and notable recent quietness and length of the current solar minimum - 'Solar Cycle 24 will peak, they say, in May 2013 with a below-average number of sunspots.'

To be fair they have done better ones. The Shredded Wheat is less precise in that they didn't use circles and ropes and what not as a guide. Still, Matthew Williams's explanation leaves a lot of questions opened. Even on his Flickr page he doesn't address the anomalies directly. He doesn't explain about small paths, I mean, do you use smaller boards? Just boots? He doesn't explain how they can work at night. I still wonder why these guys aren't caught more often in the act, seeing as the 'croppies' do night watches. Are the 'croppies' afraid to "self debunk" and not report such occurences? Wouldn't they want to report these to the police so they can focus on the "real" circles. Surely if these guys are out in the field twice a week in the high season (according to Williams), they should have been surprised doing their deed many times already? Especially with these multi-stage fields that appear these last few years.And... for the relief moment... seeing as they reported tall blond-hair beings in the field.. perhaps these guys just made a crop circle the old fashioned way, with ropes and planks, only at "extraterrestrial speed" ;)

I was just at the Indian Steps Museum near Lancaster where they have exhibited a lot of Indian baskets and I was wondering if the woven crop circle was bit of synch for me because I really stared for a long while at those baskets and thought about how they came to be made, etc. In any event that's what I saw in that circle. Maybe its telling us we are going to have to get back to those sorts of undertakings.
