Power To The Peepoo

Designed by a Swedish entrepreneur, the Peepoo is a revolutionary disposable toilet that could create significant, positive change across the developing world for people and the environment.  The toilet is actually a biodegradable, plastic bag filled with crystals that transform waste into fertilizer, while destroying pathogens.  It's not a perfect solution, but is one of many waste solutions presented at the most recent World Toilet Summit.

Yeah this is awesome -- because you get free fertilizer -- way better than in the "advanced" world where clean water freshwaster -- is used to dispose waste and then we pay to have it shipped away -- wasted -- so we lose on triple count!! http://www.dezeen.com/2009/03/16/peepoo-bag-by-peter-thuvander/ Here we get the more technical details from the primary designer.
