Parapsychological Association Opens Annual Conference

The 55th annual Parapsychological Association Conference opens today, August 10, and runs through August 12 in Durham, NC, featuring presentations by international psi researchers and scholars.
From the announcement for the conference:
Leading scientists and other academics from around the world will gather to present the latest parapsychological research into psi and related phenomena, such as extra-sensory perception, psychokinesis, psychic healing, altered states of consciousness, mediumship and possible survival of bodily death.
Carlos S. Alvarado is serving as the Program Chair for the event being co-hosted by the Rhine Research Center and Atlantic University. Duke University Professor of History Thomas Robisheaux will be delivering the annual J.B. Rhine banquet address.
