Community Supported Agriculture at Growing Heart Farm
Our 2011 CSA is now open for registration!
What is a CSA?
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a fancy way of saying that you join weekly veggie club.   You buy a fixed-price “share” of the farm’s harvest for the season, and receive a selection of fresh produce weekly from late May through October.
What make us special?  
We are one of a few CSA's operating within 100 miles of NYC - this is local food by definition - not just regional.  We are less than a mile from a metro north station so it is easy to come visit and pick your own veggies.  We are small, organic and are able to focus on high quality tasty veggies full of nutrients.  We use very sustainable and low impact practices - ask us about this.  Our farmer, Verena, was previously at Gaining Ground in Boston where she was growing tens of thousands of pounds of food and giving it away to food banks.  And we throw good parties and host fun events throughout the season.  
We will be growing LOTS of variety and experimenting with all kinds of new veggies and heirlooms that you will not find in a larger CSA.  We are also offering a limited flower share.  And for those who have a tough time putting down all the money up front - we have a payment plan - just drop us a line.  
This year we are expanding and will have drop points on Monday evening in NOHO at Curious Pictures as well as a new Park Slope Thursday evening drop.

Dear Supporter of Our Right to Medicinal Herbs,

The response to the Stop the Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products
Directive petition has been overwhelming! The signature list has grown
enormously, and you can be proud for being among the first to insist
on your right to health freedom.

This is your campaign. It's your health and freedom on the line. It's
for your children and your future. Our right to manage our own health
is under attack.

We're over a hundred thousand strong, and we need to grow to at least
ten times that number--but I believe that we can grow a hundred times
over. This is a true grassroots campaign that has done so much more
than anyone could have imagined.

**Now it's time to move to the next level.**
Plans to move things forward are starting. This is your petition and
campaign. You have a say in how things are done. You need to be
informed about the campaign. There will be polls to help decide how to
move forward. Forums to discuss the issues and how to proceed. Groups
to coordinate efforts. Paper petitions. And more.

It takes time, effort, and expertise to do all those things. Do you
know the usual cost for sending out a mailing of the size of this one?
It's around a thousand pounds! A way around that cost was found
through inventiveness and technical expertise, but even that method
will fail as our numbers grow.

We're a grassroots campaign, but to make it work, it needs a little
financing. And that means just a little bit from everyone who can

they start seeing products disappear.

When a favorite healing cream disappears from shelves, parents will
realize how serious this is. When common products made from Aloe vera,
Calendula, and Peppermint are no longer available, replaced by
poisonous substances made from chemicals, we will be there, ready to
bring them into our campaign.

May Day is not the end. It's the beginning! Please help to make it
happen. Together, our power and will are mighty. Together, we can
assure that our civil rights are not trampled, that our birthright to
natural healthy products is restored.

medicinal herbs that the UK has approved. There are only 73, most of
which are duplicates and include substances that don't belong in any
natural product. To make matters worse, this is noted as the most
liberal list of medicinal herbs in the entire EU. So far, it doesn't
include any Calendula lotion or Aloe vera. There is only one

An Audience with Pancho--The Ancient Crystal Skull

Pancho travels around the country with his guardian Mario Bojorquez. Mario is committed to revealing through ceremony and meditation the information stored in Pancho. Mario allows people to bring their personal crystals and sacred objects to be activated and charged.

Individual Sessions with Pancho-The Ancient Crystal Skull

Greetings Friends Of Pancho!  Many who have been activated by Pancho say that he brings to mind our connection with the Cosmos, with the Mother Earth, with our ancestors and with each other in a very powerful way. He also communicates personal messages and guidance for people that are with him privately.  Mario and Pancho are available to travel for individual private sessions.  Appointments will be taken before and after the featured events.  There are three kinds of session types available to individuals. They are (1) private meditations, (2) readings and (3) private healing. (1) Private meditations with Pancho are available for individuals that want to spend “alone time” with the Skull. (Mario will leave the room during these private visitations.) During the private meditation each individual can ask Pancho to impart his ancient wisdom through a technique that will be explained by Mario.
(2) Readings by Mario allows for questions to be asked by the individual and the answers will be revealed through telepathic communication with the Skull.
