As we move into Autumn, perhaps you're contemplating your body's cycles as well. Panchakarma anyone? In Yoga Peeps Podcast 53 Lara Hedin interviews Ayurvedic Doctor and Acupuncturist James Bailey. "Ayurveda in modern life, ojas, prana, Kerala, knowing yourself, parenting." An interesting and timely conversation.

Thanks to a link on Lorenzo's Matrix Masters site, here's a  podcast by David Van Nuys, Ph.D. In podcast #168, he interviews Juliette Hanauer, Dr. Jurgen Kremer, and Gail Hayssen - organizers and presenters at the 25th Annual International Conference on the Study of Shamanism and Alternative Modes of Healing  - which took place Aug. 30 to Sep. 1, 08 at the Santa Sabina Retreat Center in San Rafael, CA.

Black Light in the Attic
In their August 26 podcast, Cody & Sancho relay an email on a listener's life experiences leading to sacred medicines, and then an interesting conversation with Matt Pallimary , author of Spirit Matters. They cover among other things, conscious awareness in exploring medicine, sacred geometry, shamans and flowers.
