Crystal Starship Sound Healing

The Music Meditations podcast from Portland Oregon based musician and sound healer East Forest has hit the 50th episode milestone and in celebration is offering a free 90 minute live ceremony MP3 download.

East Forest is a unique musical project that combines 100% original field recordings and ethereal melodic soundscapes with the intention of fostering an inner healing journey. Each Music Meditations podcast is improvised, recorded live, and incorporates various sonic techniques including repetitive phrasing, sounds from the natural world, and also the "528 Love Tuning" to create a musical tool that goes well with meditation, yoga, journeying, or just relaxing.

The free download, offered especially for the RS community, is titled "Crystal Starship" and was recorded in a live sound healing ceremony in upstate New York.
