these machines may be capable of healing, but does that mean we should encourage their use? i understand that the potential for good is there. they already exist, but are they the best avenue? i guess my question is what should the role of technology be in upcoming years and in the distant future? it's similar to the internet. obviously, they're both immensely powerful tools with the ability to create much needed change, but they embody so much of the problem at the same time. how do we juggle this?

PHIL K.DICK.And yes i have heard things in my head, voices,(like a Goddess)sounds but not for some years now, (well there was that chanting, singing female voice, about a year ago).

I have to say that of all the sci fi that i read Phil K. is the one that prolly made the deepest impression.Not to mention the Blade Runner movie. Ok, as far as using technology for healing, well, hey, what was that thing Doc McCoy used? hmmmm? now do you see? so...if there exists technology that can control emotions on geographical scales, that begs the question...are they already in use? it's not hard to imagine, and i think we all know that the government running the usa has carried out schemes on the clandestine tip (while victimizing its own citizens) in order to advance its unscrupulous agendas. where can we find out more about the particulars of this horrid technology, and from accurate sources?

Testing military theories on the cud chewing public is of course not without precedent. The UK Ministry of Defense released potentially harmful micro-organisms into vast areas of Britain to test the country's capacity to withstand Soviet germ warfare attacks, according to documents recently released:

"One chapter of the report, 'The Fluorescent Particle Trials', reveals how between 1955 and 1963 planes flew from north-east England to the tip of Cornwall along the south and west coasts, dropping huge amounts of zinc cadmium sulphide on the population. The chemical drifted miles inland, its fluorescence allowing the spread to be monitored. In another trial using zinc cadmium sulphide, a generator was towed along a road near Frome in Somerset where it spewed the chemical for an hour."

edit: It's truly amazing that the Lay Institute's work isn't more widely known. Reading through some of the papers collected there is deeply disturbing and eye opening. Compared to this stuff, Stephen Greer seems like small fry.

i think its important to emphasize that these technologies, in many cases they merely influence people's minds, not control.

 

I think that the rhetoric of control masks the fact that some folks vibrate at a higher frequency and can tune this shit out, while other folks who are eating Whoppers and drinking Coke all day while strung out on big Pharm watching the Spectacle Box---of course these folks can be easily controlled like a herd.

 

We are not the herd. We can't stop these technologies, but I can see them turning on the folks who are implementing them, the master's tools rebelling against the master...

It's our part, WE must learn a new awareness-control of our own mind. We have to steer arbitrarily our thoughts in each moment to leave a strangely-influence no area in our awareness. I try to send them any time, but this minute is most on concentrated. Where them arrives? I don't know. However I have a good feeling about it.

I had a very strange experience in which I met a Native American woman who literally walks across the country every few years or so. This woman, now in her 50s I am guessing, is a Cornell-trained dentist. She told me that her father was in the CIA, and that when she was young, she was trained as a remote viewer. Her ESP potential was tested, but she got every answer in the card set wrong. She learned later that she got every answer in the NEXT card set right, but counted her blessings she was not recruited since, supposedly, she would have been remote viewing somebody one day who would be "heart-attacked" the next day, n'est-ce pas?

 

As someone registered to this site, I was obviously intrigued by her story. She also had a very pleasant demeanor. I asked her about domestic assassinations and HAARP (I did not know the name of it at the time). I wanted to know whether such mind-control radars existed, sort of like the one portrayed in "They Live." As someone who was plagued by extremely negative thoughts (diagnosed as OCD) when I was a kid, I sometimes questioned whether some external mechanism might exist which could possibly be responsible. The idea seemed absurd, but I pride myself on my open mind.

 

 She said that such radio frequencies ARE emitted (whether via HAARP I'm not sure), and they cause the brains of people -- particularly those psychically attuned -- to secrete chemicals that prompt very unpleasant thoughts and anxiety. A sort of "jamming" if you will.

 

Let me say I take all of this with a grain of salt, since I know little about this person, though she seemed ingenuous. But it occurred to me that when one is putting any sort of signal in the atmosphere, it is possible the effects on people may not be well understood or known. Ditto for cell phones, microwaves, "trace" amounts of "acceptable" pollution, etc. Since we know that govt. and industry is willing to routinely lie about or cover up bona fide pandemics brought on by pollution they caused, it is fair to think they might look the other way when a small disparate group is affected by its activities. It's truly shameful that America the Beautiful insists government activities be private and the public's transparent, and not the other way around. Or, to paraphrase V for Vendetta, that the people are afraid of the military-industrial-government complex and not the other way around. As someone who, at fifteen, insisted his parents buy an American car because I was so pseudo-patriotic, it's quite disillusioning to even WONDER if we are not creeping toward totalitarianism. Are we the proverbial frogs in the slowly boiling water, thinking we're getting a pleasant bath, when in fact we're being threatened? How odd that I used to consider such thoughts paranoid, or wing-nuttish, and instead now wonder if I will be marginalized because I have them myself.

How many of you are familiar with RFIDs, trackable microchips that appear in shoppers cards and, supposedly, our passports? I would not have believed in this stuff until I researched it. I find it very annoying that supermarket chains sell our buying habit information -- and do God knows what else with it. Is it possible that with advent of intensified global energetic change, there a concurrent desire among the egos of the powers that be to control the chaos . . .? ...is nothing new. Black adepts have been doing this on the mental and astral planes for ages. It's just extended to the physical plane now. In November of 1978 I was "suffering the Christ", I was in the throes of an intense shamanic initiation; my being was wrenched inside-out and my psyche was adrift in a stream of archetypal dreams and nightmares. On one specific night, I was weeping and falling apart at the seams because I could hear the cries of marine whales swimming in a blind panic from loud terrifying noises, to them it was like a lightning storm. Whales were beaching themselves in large numbers at that time. My psychic impression was that some sonic device was terrorizing them. I believe my "vision" coincided with the premiere of the HAARP experiments, in 1978, although I am not positive about when HAARP started. Another example: in the winter of 1979, while living in Buffalo, New York, I was shocked to my bones when I discovered a subliminal radio broadcast, (which my speakers were picking up when my phonograph was On, but not playing), it was a fast paced violent stream of consciousness, viscious and evil suggestions...its hard to describe the range of suggestions that were being pumped out as quick as the ear could possibly process the information. Becoming aware of this insiduous signal, made me question my senses and my sanity, it seemed unfathomable that anyone would be using technology with such a hellish bent. I was somewhat relieved when I talked to a friend, who lived in the neighborhood, who had also picked up on this transmission. We laughed in horror, and guessed it was some form of mind control or black magic. Now I suspect it was a mind control project: that by fueling violence and fear, and by raising levels of terror, even subliminally, the perpetrators maintained control of people. I suspect this weird phenomenon might be traced to Nazis research. In order to keep people lined up like good little sitting ducks, remaining silent and obedient, turning their attention to the braindrain which can be the News. Whatever the reason, the strangeness of this transmission makes it hard to do it justice in describing the damning spew of violent suggestions, it was pure evil.

Reading this at a late date Daniel P. Just got hooked back up to the interweb after a long low-atus. Thank you for covering Nick Begich's work. If you or any other sandwich eaters (or makers) want to pump it up a notch, check out the work of Dr. Nick's sometime collaborator, Richard Alan (Rick) Miller. He once had a lab down the hall from Jose Delgado, M.D. The fit hits the shan with Rick's revelations (and I ain't talking Mao Shan Taoism). Gotta dig deep on both of their sites (Nick and Rick that is). There are many layers and it is all real. Both men are credible technical and metaphysical researchers and champions of the truth. I put them right up there with Daniel Pinchbeck. Put a weather eye on their work and you will learn to read the chop.

Hah!! How typical, and predictable that the Military Industrial Complex mindset would see people as 'Data Processing Systems'. Well, IS it better than 'gooks'? whatdyathink? Or any of the other de~humanizing terms they have used against other of their victims round the world in their 'American Foreign Policy'? No. because we are the enemy now. So we are, amongst other terms, such as 'enemy combatants', 'data processing systems'. Ie., just friggin computers to them. In your article you slip in about "children with ADD". Ie., assuming that 'ADD' is a real bona fide disease/disorder? It is not! 'ADD, and ADHD' are made up 'conditions made up by the very same mindset that is on par with this system and its 'protecters, the MIC! Feel me? When a child does not fit into this system. The 'education' system, then most likely they are labelled 'mentally ill' with ADD ADHD, Bipolar, etc. This is not based on any science, but is subjective oppression coming from the 'authorities', and the parents and gaurdians of the children who abide by this authority. They do not want to understand the child, and the awful system they have created and contribute to, that sees people as data processing machines...?

Of seeing people as 'data processing systems' is actually meaning that millions of children are being forcibly drugged -some very very young--with harmful drugs, and combinations of drugs. Seeing children and people as machines. This myth we have to see through!For the SAKE of the children!!!

It's horrifying to be a new parent, while observing the developments taking place across the globe at this stage of human existence. Sometimes you feel frozen with terror. It's then that you realize that this is exactly the point of those in charge at the moment - this frozen state. At some point, everyone has to move past the point of fear and hesitance to do what they can (be it little, or much more). For me, the starting point is emanation. Exude as much positivity as you can, in hopes that it will rub off - commit good acts that will impact those around you; these things help to not only lower your own fears, but also to combat the fears of those around you. When I walk around, and take not of how difficult it is for people, myself included, to make eye contact with others, let alone share words with a stranger, I realize how far everyone has really let it slide. I hope that at some point in my searches, I will discover a way to contribute more and on a grander scale, but for now this seems to be the limit of my reach. My point? Make yourself aware, make yourself conscious. Don't, however, let it consume your days. At some point, you have to take a lot of the time that has been spent in suspicion, doubt and terror, and redirect that towards engaging others in human interaction. Follow your inner voice, your true instinct, and let it help guide you. Fear of mortality, oppression and usurpation of personal authority can become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

"HAARP IS CHANGING WEATHER PATTERNS"..they must be working overtime today...cause were getting the snowy blast of the century. This must mean, you know...skipping coffee, meals, little sleep..those kind of things. The madd Scientist scenario... hair sticking up all over, eyeballs protruding and frantically working the hightech levers!!! And here most folks think its the end of the world, the end times, all the prophesies coming true...Whats next? The enactment of the end prophesy for 2012?

The idea that somebody else could be messing with your mind could be dangerous in that it could help cause a split within the mind.
