Life On Mars?

NASA's missions to Mars have resulted in ambiguous results when it comes to determining if life could exist on the red planet. Recently, Mexican scientists conducted experiments in a Chilean desert--which has conditions similar to that of our neighboring planet--to help shed light on data from the 2008 mission to Mars in which soil samples contained evidence of underlying chemical processes that possibly point to the existence of organic molecules--and life. While the findings are still inconclusive, scientists are optimistic that the results will eventually prove that the building blocks of life could exist on Mars.
