As medical marijuana dispensaries grow more commonplace in Colorado, business owners are getting creative. Ganja Gourmet is adding gourmet lasagna, pizza, jambalaya, paella, chocolate mousse and cheesecakes to their medical marijuana. The restaurant's goal is to serve medical marijuana to qualified patients in a deliciously relaxed atmosphere.
