In this course, Darrin will explore these questions with the help of two influential thinkers who together represent a variety of fields including deep ecology, cultural history, depth psychology, ecophilosophy, systems theory, and cosmology.  In this spirit, the course is designed to expand both the mind and heart; to create not just an intellectual orientation but an integral initiation into full global citizenship

Darrin Drda is author of The Four Global Truths: Awakening to the Peril and Promise of Our Times, published by EVOLVER EDITIONS/North Atlantic Books. He is a longtime practitioner and occasional instructor of both Insight (Vipassana) meditation and loving-kindness (metta) meditation, as well as a facilitator for the Awakening the Dreamer Symposium, which promotes ecological sustainability, social justice, and spiritual fulfillment.
