Darrin Drda is a Bay Area author, artist and musician who is also currently teaching an interactive online course, Awakening the Global Heart-Mind, on Evolver Intensives. He is a longtime practitioner and occasional instructor of both Insight (Vipassana) meditation and loving-kindness (metta) meditation, as well as a facilitator for the Awakening the Dreamer Symposium, which promotes ecological sustainability, social justice, and spiritual fulfillment.
