New Disclosure Project videos reveal Dr. Steven Greer's theories about the reasons for the continued secrecy regarding "black" technology in the government as well as his attempts to make contact with benevolent ETs.
Dr. Steven Greer’s Disclosure Project first made waves in 2001 with their televised news conference at the National Press Club in Washington DC. A panel comprised of several retired top military brass gave eyewitness testimonies about UFO activity in and around military installations. Video confessions from hundreds more was ready in the wings, each with the witnesses’ approval to release them as official testimony to Congress. The central theme of the Disclosure Project is that the biggest reason for the ongoing secrecy surrounding UFO's is that ET-based technology is purposefully being suppressed by rogue elements within secret government and military industrial projects. Apparent proof of the existence of a ‘black ops’ and a ‘black budget’ was made clear by Donald Rumsfeld’s September 10th, 2001 announcement that there was over 3 trillion dollars missing from Pentagon accounting records. Incidentally, the area of the Pentagon building destroyed the following day was home to that same accounting department.
Greer has a lot of experience with military briefings on this topic, and has met with the Clinton and Obama administration, as well as countless other top US military officials and foreign governments. Further digging into Dr. Greer’s projects reveals his inspiring CE-5 initiative. These are group-outings into national parks and other remote areas with the goal of initiating contact with benevolent ETs. Using remote viewing, laser pointers, and meditation techniques a high rate of successful interaction has been achieved.

I Know What I Saw
I'm very iffy about Dr Greer. I'm a big fan of his efforts to promote disclosure, but his more far-out claims just don't sit well with me. I much prefer James Fox's documentary I Know What I Saw (http://iknowwhatisawthemovie.com/). If you haven't seen it, I can't recommend it highly enough -- unbiased, objective, and extremely convincing.

if - the contact and/or tech has indeed been 'in lockdown' for nearly 50yrs...
and - those in the know continue to play 'hot potato' or 'fear induced'...'i'm not tellin'... you tell'
and - those PTB (powers that be) who have profited from the 'tech lockdown' continue their game until their game is up... refusing to relinquish their energy monopoly (ex:, oil/utilites) as there is no way to maintain any monopoly on the tech after its 'release'
et's or no et's....
the end result is the same - 'tech lockdown' - continued subjugation of earth to false perception of finite resources...
so 'what' breaks the gordian knot?
if - et's are in contact, they seem quite happy to continue 'to allow' the 'lockdown'... as evidenced by its 50+yr continuance....
greer seems willing to flay the knot, but doesn't yet wield the sword... ?
it would seem some global catastrophe would have to be the trigger to release the tech from 'lockdown'...
my only positive assumption - hubris always trips on its dick...
i can only hope that the 'hubris factor' of TPTB (the powers that be) holds true to time tested, observable outcomes..

Hi midgypsy,
I read Bramleys' book earlier this year. I found the ideas in the book worthy of consideration. Although I don't believe anyone has the complete accurate story of mankind, I found the book to make a lot of sense. In fact, as crazy as the ideas may seem to the uninitiated, it makes a lot more sense than any other version of history that we're forced to digest, regardless of the countless contradictions, inaccuracies, and leaps-of-faith. I've always felt that the level of deceit, control, and apathy in this world is beyond human capacity. So I woudn't doubt for a minute that at the very root of our situation lies an agenda involving much more than planet Earth.
As far as the malevolent vs benevolent debate goes, I think ultimately it's irrelevant. If they are here to help us, then that's great. If they are here to destroy us, then we must assume that either the process began a long time ago(as Bramley and Sitchin claim) or it begins at first contact (as in the TV show 'V' for example). Either way, we will be militarily powerless against them.
The trump card in all of this is awareness.As more and more people awaken from the illusion put forth by the mainstream control infrastructure, there we be less and less chance of falling for all the traps laid out before us. As this occurs, their malevolence will be fought with wisdom and understanding, and a strong sense of who and what we really are.

I'm a little curious about this idea of malevolent 'alien' beings.
Why would they be malevolent?
Certainly if humans were a nuisance in their backyard, they'd put Ape-B-Gone all over the lawn. "And good riddance!" they'd say with a grim look of satisfaction. But we're kind of presuming that this isn't their backyard. That's the whole "alien" part of "alien," isn't it?
We'd have to have something they want, that they need to get us out of the way to obtain.
Is it the real-estate? Then we're squatters, and their "malevolence" will consist of either running us off, or killing us, whichever is easier. Or maybe just waiting another 50 years for us to do the job for them.
Same with resources. If they wanted anything we're using up at a furious rate (oil, timber, fresh water), they'd have culled our numbers a long time ago. Either that, or their environmental impact bureucracy makes ours look like a handshake deal, and they'll end up with very little when they finally get approval, anyway.
Do they want us dead because we're prettier than they are? Malevolent envy? Wow! Sullen teen-agers with nukes and flying saucers. But in that case, someone or something is holding them in very tight check, and I doubt it's our "secret government." Think about what happens when a bunch of rowdy teens decide to "have a little fun." We'd have entire cities getting wiped off the face of the earth, just for sport.
Or are they just bigots? Gray-supremacists? Could be. That would be pretty malevolent, too. But again, something holds them back from straightforward genocide of our non-Gray asses.
'Malevolent' needs to mean something a little more concrete than 'I'm scared of them,' and I'm curious what that might be.
Frustration with Malevolent ET Portrayal
Did you see the open letter ECETI's James Gilliard wrote to the UFO Community expressing his frustration with the community's obsession with "negative UFO's?"

Before we begin I would like to express this letter is not to the people of integrity which are far and few between in the UFO community. They will understand and completely agree with what I am about to say. This letter is to all the conference boards, talk show hosts and others within the community who continue to deal with half truths and perpetuate the dark threatening agendas concerning our off world visitors totally ignoring the fact that the majority of off worlders are very spiritually and technologically advanced as well as benevolent.
The fear and suspense along with other hidden agendas via disinformation agents has so infiltrated ufology that the higher truth has been virtually pushed out. The ufo community has become the very conspiracy and censors of truth they set
out in the beginning to expose. It has become a plethora of disinformation, misinformation, and massive egos wanting to be messiahs each thinking they have the big picture when all they have is a small piece of the pie. The field has become so corrupted, convoluted, and whacked out the real contactees and the bigger picture with positive contacts really have little or no forum to express. They are eventually squeezed out especially when it comes to women. Women who do not agree with the dark foreboding agendas of many exmilitary or top government
officials who either see everything as a threat due to preprogramming or are there to support the war industry which needs a new threat to continue its
massive budget.
The vast majority of off worlders which includes those coming from the higher dimensions are benevolent so why is the vast majority of the conferences and
radio show programming focused on the negative regenerate side? Why is the negative, regenerate side given all the air and podium time which is completely
disproportionate to reality? Personally I believe the majority of the ufo community has become so convoluted and riddled with disinformation along with
those sitting on boards who perpetuate the mis and disinformation with NWO connections not to mention the material driven circus there is no way any off
world visitor would have anything to do with it. As a venue for truth it is unsalvageable.
This is why I have no more desire to operate or involve myself further with these groups. I will continue as a spokesman for contact with benevolent off world visitors through other venues. I will also continue to hold our own conferences and invite those on the cutting edge who are working towards the
advancement or awakening and healing of humanity and the Earth. The Self Mastery and Kunlun classes will continue as well. With the regular appearances of the UFOs here at ECETI and the appearances of grand masters which have been photographed one would think there would be a strong interest and desire to promote the ongoing outrageous events happening at the ECETI Ranch. One would
think with UFOs buzzing TV reporters and thousands of eyewitnesses with PHDs in every field, pilots, air traffic controllers etc. there would be a strong
interest in the ranch yet in fact it is entirely the opposite going as far as suppressing or ignoring the events altogether by major conference organizers and
talk show hosts.
The number one question when people come here and see the ships, experience the higher consciousness and energy experiencing spontaneous healings and incredible awakenings is why is this not getting out to others. Why is the spiritual and ufo community not jumping all over this. My only answer is ask them what they are afraid of. Why do they have so much resistance to the truth and what is it in them that is threatened? They have become wrong they set out to right.
Twenty three million people watched the trailer to the movie Contact Has Begun, His Story with James Gilliland and now it is on Net Flicks. Robbie Williams the UK pop star and other UK stars have come to the ranch. The Latin countries are blasting the contacts and sightings here all over their media and four ships came in all at once at the last Science, Spirit and World Transformation conference filmed by the speakers along with a field full of people. It is blasted all over youtube. Fox News just did a real positive piece and this Thursday Koin 6 will air their report where a ufo buzzed the reporter at ECETI and powered up right over his head. Despite the ufo community the truth is flowing like a river but not through their venue. It is time for people to do their own research and look into those in the ufo community who have maintained their integrity in a search for truth. Those that continue to keep you looking in the past, painting dark foreboding fearful agendas without addressing the benevolent side of contact are doing a grave injustice to the people, the off worlders, and the possibility of a quantum leap in evolution. To me this is not a service to humanity but in some cases an extreme disservice which is why I will no longer seek these venues to serve humanity or the greater family of man.

The entire disclosure
The entire disclosure movement is a bit baffling to me to be honest. I think some people have been voices in the wilderness on the topic for a long time. Now, with the advent of Youtube and the Internet, these voices are being heard by a MUCH larger audience. In fact, there now appears to be more than just a little competition between various Disclosure-ati (same deal with 2102 Heralds).
But, how much is real? Who is telling the truth and who is fabricating? Is there a truth to disclose? Are there hidden agendas of great import? Who wears the White Hat and who is the secret fascist? Is it all just a cover for Nazi 2.0 the South Pole Edition?
Why would ET's bother to show up in the first place? What's the point of this exercise? Why would they even bother to hide from and conspire with a less advanced species? I mean, can you imagine Jane Goodall conspiring with alpha male primates to trick the rest of the tribe into handing over their termites on a stick? Waaaaay too much time on her hands if she did.
I place public opinion about the UFO issue down into five main buckets:
1. Denial: there are no UFO's
2. Agnostic: Maybe, I'll believe it when I see it.
3. Military: the UFO's are really just new war toys
4. Enthusiasts: the UFO's are everywhere
5. All of the above
I tend toward the all of the above option. I believe (because I want to believe) that there is a combination of ET and human activity that comprises the UFO phenomenon on planet Earth. How much of the activity is benign, how much is malicious, how much is kooky? I surely cannot say.
However, I do hope the disclosure movement is uncovering something beautiful for the planet and is not just another disappointment for the people.
