Free Vaccine

Simon Posford's first studio album, Twisted, revolutionized electronic music and he's done it once again with his new album.
Vaccine (SCI Fidelity Records) is the third album by Younger Brother, in which Posford teams with longtime collaborators Benji Vaughan aka Prometheus and Ruu Campbell. Vaccine continues Younger Brother's evolution from studio project to full-fledged, organic band, with Posford, Vaughan and Campbell joined by Marc Brownstein (Disco Biscuits) on bass, Tom Hamilton (Brothers Past) on guitar and Joe Russo (who also plays in the Grateful Dead spin-off act Furthur) on drums.
These tracks bring a level of emotion and feeling not usually associated with electronic music. The results exemplify Simon Posford's expansive and ever-evolving musical vision. "All I've ever wanted to do is make music, and it's probably all I can do," he states. "The more I learn about the world around us, the more I realize how little I know, and that excites and inspires me as an artist and a human being. I still have the same passion about creativity as when I started, and the same desire to create something truly eternal before I die."
Submit a question for Simon's upcoming RS Interview and enter to win a copy of the CD, along with pair of tickets to his performance in NYC (for thos who live in the Big Apple) this Thursday night, April 7th at the Highline Ballroom.
