 Evolver Energy Medicine: Color & Sound Therapy

Join me, one of Evolver's co-founders, on an evening journey through the ancient art of energy healing.  In this workshop, we will explore and practice the fundamentals of hands-on healing and energetic self-care.  During this inaugural class, we will learn:

* Color and sound therapy for each of the primary charkas
* The basics of hands on healing
* To release blocked or stagnant vibrations in the body
* To cleanse and strengthen the auric field
* To regulate healing energy through potent breathing exercises

Anyone can learn to heal with energy, and all levels are welcome.  This workshop will provide a safe container for everyone, whether you are a beginner just starting out or an advanced practitioner honing your art.  Join us as we learn, share, and open up new dimensions of the heart.  This will be an ongoing monthly series that builds on each workshop.  Next month will be chakra balancing.  (Note: there is a sweet, furry Siamese cat on the premises for those who might be allergic).

I'm a Reiki Master and am certified in chi and Bioenergetic therapy from the Connecticut Healing Institute.  I have a private practice in NYC.
