Energy Harvesters

At Virginia Tech, researchers have developed "energy harvesters" - tiny devices that can create limitless energy and replace batteries in low-power electronics.  The "L-beam" harvesters are very small and they convert vibrations into electricity by tapping into vibrational frequencies.  The devices are still under development and are being adapted for use in a variety of environments.
