The Electric Jesus
Convinced that, as you say in your book, the true provenance of Christianity has been diluted, distorted and tainted by 2000 years of translation and probably even been rewritten to suit dubious agendas, I was interested to read your book. As inspiring as it is, it seems that portals to the dimensions you've experienced can only be attained via herbal ingestion and by the presence of earthly or other-dimensional guides. Your gifts of healing are also specially ordained and not available to anyone who may be seeking to break away from pharmaceutical exploitation and avarice. Someone like you is not present and accessible, to alternative mothers out there, in every neighbourhood. You have been selected, as it were, even though you have gone on to study further. My question is, what about the ordinary mortal living in suburbia who senses the need for an alternative society such as the one you describe in your epilogue? How can this mortal access his or her power and guides for some inspirational interlocution without the need for herbal ingestion? The multitudes of sick and suffering on this planet don't have time to learn to meditate, find that excellent yoga teacher or go to South America for vomit therapy or to wait for the growth of awakening and subsequent enlightenment that may develop come 2012. Things need to be speeded up somehow. I fully support what you believe, but as you thankfully acknowledge in the Epilogue, what we have to overcome is quite overwhelming if not impossible, as participants in the Occupy movements have come to discover.
