Dream Wide Awake

Lucid dreaming is becoming aware that you are dreaming while dreaming. It allows dream-explorers--oneironauts--to actively participate in and create their own dreams. It literally opens you to an entire dimension of experience as rich and vibrant as waking life--if not more so. With lucidity, the boundaries of experience are no longer. Possibilities have no limits. Untapped potential realized...
And if you can dream, you can lucid dream. It's that simple. The creators of Oneironautics: A Field Guide to Lucid Dreaming offers supporters a beautifully illustrated, clear and concise practical manual that teaches you how to become lucid, and what to do once lucidity is achieved. It covers specific lucid dreaming skills, like flying techniques, how to interact with dream characters, management and utilization of nightmares for your benefit, and what beginner mistakes to avoid along the way.
It goes beyond the brain, and the book. The creators of Oneironatics are developing a lucid dreaming community that will feature a platform allowing dreamers to share their experiences with others and network through social media. Their goal is to help 1,000 people have their first lucid dream. And with that, to continue pushing the limits of lucidity.
Support their Kickstarter project here. Your donations help create the book and the aforementioned web community, and there are several ways to pledge.
