Destination Jupiter

The European Space Agency and NASA are proposing a plan to send orbiters to Ganymede and Europa - two of Jupiter’s moons - to study the possibility of the existence of life, not just on those moons, but in our solar system and beyond.  Even if life isn’t discovered on the moons, studying the data accumulated by the mission will enhance our ability to search for life elsewhere.
