Jefferson County Attorney Caleb Stegall has re -filed criminal charges against Jonathan Sloan, owner of a botanical plant distribution warehouse called Bouncing Bear Botanicals.  BBB is one of the largest herbal suppliers on the internet. The original charge was filed in February of 2010 and dropped just a few months later.  The warehouse has been at the center of Kansas' K2 controversy. K2 is a substance marketed as incense but with psychological effects similar to those of marijuana. Last February, federal, state and local authorities raided the warehouse and seized the K2.

Stegall's office announced last week that he has filed 20 counts against Sloan regarding "alleged unlawful distribution of controlled hallucinogens." However, there is much debate as to whether any of the items BBB carries contain any illegal substances at all.

I feel authorities are corrupt and have gone way to far to try and ruin this mans life and his respectable business!!!,it is shocking and really hurts me to hear this and see this kind of vicious prejudice from authorities,what they did the first time with bogus charges was horrible and I can't believe it's happening again!!!.This just goes to show that we live in a time of intellectual,creative,spiritual and cultural oppression that is now even till this day just as oppressive as any other time in history!!!,when will this illogical,destructive oppression stop!!?,I pray to god that it will end soon!!!,may God's Wisdom,Love and Peace be with us all:) We need social,intellectual,cultural & creative freedom!,together we can evolve the human condition to make idealist concepts a practical reality!,as one diverse positive influential interdependent human network,true wisdom,unity & solutions!

I thought it seemed fishy that K2 was made illegal just before Christmas 2010 then became legal again after the price of the stocks DROPPED to only $6.00 a share.  Next thing you know it's made legal for one whole year because of some "loophole". Can you guess what happens next? The K2 stock JUMPS to $10.00 a share. Can you guess who bought the stock? Everybody who was in on the whole scheme. They almost DOUBLED THEIR MONEY in a matter of no time at all! You won't hear much about it because the matter was swept under the rug like alot of things that the pre-filtered corporate owned media does'nt want leaked out. The only way I found out about it is because it was the first thing that came to my mind when my friend told me about it being legal again for one whole year untill they do more research on the chemical for safety issues. It makes me wonder about everything else that these legalized gansters in congress are up too. They have no conscience at all. We are only as free as a bird in a cage. They want our doors shut so things will always stay the way that they are. They need to scrap everything, fire everyone and listen to the new crowd and what is important to us right now. Ronald Reagan was'nt even a good actor and Nancy did'nt know what the fuck she was talking about. Let' s just go back to owning slaves again and having witch hunts and stealing land from natives. Maybe one day we can even be the next Egypt! It's just freaking redonkulous. Seriously, I hope it does'nt get any worse. Coruption is the real if not biggest problem today, not trapped citizens or suppliers trying to better themselves with the use of sacred plants.

Having just finished Book One of Charles Shaw's groundbreaking (and at times heartbreaking) book "Exile Nation, Drugs, Prisons, Politics & Spirituality," it is beyond obvious that there is much more to this trumped-up charge than meets the eye. You don't have to connect too many dots or follow the bouncing bear very far to understand the real motives behind this travesty - to keep U.S. citizens from being able to decide for themselves what to put in their bodies, how to heal themselves or how to lift the veils of illusion and deception. The fear-mongering and complete ignorance of the "powers" that be is both sad and infuriating. An enlightened society is NOT a dangerous society except to those seeking servitude and profit from its members. Let us ALL peacefully, consciously yet determinedly stand up - for ourselves and others- for what we KNOW in our hearts is right. Consciousness is contagious.Peace,k
