The Art of Alchemy

Artists create from a source, sometimes personal, sometimes collective. The source for Leigh McCloskey is the archetypal elements of man's story, which encompass a balance of dark and light. His vision of universal creation expresses an underlying harmony of form amidst what at first appears to be chaos.
Piercing through the chaos of 9-11, McCloskey began transforming his study into a living piece of art. Strangely, he discovered that he may have created a space to host light forms, or orbs, that he hypothesizes may be reaching across dimensions to interact with his work, Heiroglyph of the Human Soul.
Along with his paintings, cards and mandala work, McCloskey is also an actor and author, a true renaissance individual.
